Signage Lead + Content Design + Brand Storytelling
I had the honour of working with Air New Zealand, our national carrier, as part of the Content Hub team. My role was to create design solutions that reflected the brand’s voice while improving the customer experience. I worked across a range of content outputs, with a particular focus on signage projects. This involved ensuring business needs were clearly understood and that every design approach was thoughtful, practical, and customer-focused.
Key projects included the Sustainability Report, Executive Roadshow, Rugby World Cup campaigns, “A Better Way to Fly”, “Where to Next?” brand guidelines, and internal educational resources.
